Generic Name: Benzydamine Hydrochloride (HCL)

Tantum Verde Mouthwash & Gargle contains Benzydamine Hydrochloride, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with local anesthetic and analgesic properties. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in the mouth and throat, providing soothing relief for various oral conditions.

Indications & Uses

• Sore Throat: For the symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation associated with sore throat, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis.
• Oral Inflammation: To reduce pain and swelling from conditions like gingivitis, stomatitis, mouth ulcers, or after dental procedures.

Dosage & Administration

• Adults and Children (over 12 years): Rinse or gargle with 15 ml (approximately one tablespoon) of undiluted solution every 1.5 to 3 hours, or as directed by a physician. Do not swallow.
• Children (6-12 years): Rinse or gargle with 5-15 ml of undiluted solution every 1.5 to 3 hours, or as directed. Supervise children during use.
• Method of Administration: Pour the recommended amount into a measuring cup. Swish around the mouth or gargle for at least 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after use.
