The claim is settled by a pharmacist, not by this websiteThere is no online claim form and no instant cover check anywhere in Lotus. A pharmacist reads your approval and confirms with the insurer. That is the real process, and it is why the fastest route is a single WhatsApp message with all three documents attached.
Insurance documents are handled like a prescription
