HOW TO USE SAFELY:

• Directions: For daily hygiene and prevention, spray 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril, 1 to 2 times a day. During cold or congestion, use 4 to 6 times a day. Lay your baby down on a slightly inclined bed (30 degrees) with their head turned to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press firmly for 1-2 seconds.
