Indications & Uses

• Ulcerative Colitis: For the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis and for the maintenance of remission.
• Crohn's Disease: For the treatment of active Crohn's disease, particularly in cases involving the colon.
• Rheumatoid Arthritis: To reduce pain, swelling, and stiffness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who have not responded to other treatments.

Dosage & Administration

• Usual Dosage: Dosage varies widely based on the condition and patient response, often starting with a low dose and gradually increasing. For adults, it can range from 1g to 2g two to four times daily.
